Milk Reception and Testing

Samples are analyzed using advanced techniques to guarantee the milk's purity and nutritional value. Any batch failing to meet the criteria is immediately rejected, ensuring only the best raw material contributes to the final product.

Standardization and Pasteurization

To achieve consistent quality, the milk undergoes standardization. This process adjusts the fat content to the desired level, ensuring uniformity across all batches. Precise measurements and advanced technology are crucial for maintaining this consistency.

Following standardization, the milk undergoes pasteurization, a critical step in eliminating harmful bacteria and extending shelf life.
