Wort Syrup Extraction and Concentration Production Line

 The wort syrup extraction and concentraction production line can extract and concentrate the useful content from wort or other natural plants, such as liqurice roots. The whole production line runs by steam and electricity, consisted of raw material treament system, purified water system, sterilzing, preparation, fermentation, extraction, filter, concentration, filling, CIP cleaning system, steam system. 

The process orders and technology as follows: 

Raw materials treatment(cleaning, cutting, soaking)→sterilizing→bag packing→inoculated-pathogen →fermentation→extraction→filter→preparation→concentration→filling or goes to spray dryer to be powder
